His leadership has been instrumental in shaping Eratronics’ vision, strengthening its engineering capabilities, and establishing a culture focused on quality, reliability, and execution excellence. With over 22 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, Mr. Salunke has held key responsibilities in systems integration and project execution. Prior to founding Eratronics, he was associated with Commtel Networks Private Limited as Manager - Systems Integration, where he was involved in the execution of multidisciplinary telecommunications projects.

Mr. Pradeep Belwal is the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Eratronics Private Limited. He leads the company’s project execution and operational delivery, with responsibility for project planning, execution, resources, quality, and customer delivery. With a strong focus on execution and operational discipline, he has played a key role in delivering projects that demand high availability, reliability, and adherence to stringent industry standards. His leadership and hands-on approach to project delivery support Eratronics’ commitment to dependable execution and high standards of project delivery.

Mr. Chetan Rathod heads Procurement & Operations at Eratronics Private Limited. He oversees the strategic planning and execution of procurement, supply chain, and operational activities. He plays a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination between engineering, sourcing, logistics, and project teams. With extensive experience of 18 years, he has established robust operational processes that enable timely project execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. His focus on operational excellence and strategic vendor partnerships contributes significantly to the successful delivery of mission-critical communication solutions.

Mr. Vishal Agavane leads the Design, System & Solution function, spearheading the development of technically advanced and customer-centric communication solutions. He oversees the complete engineering lifecycle from FEED Engineering, solution architecture, and pre-bid engineering, system design, technical compliance, and design support through project execution. His extensive Two Decade of expertise, including 10 years of experience in overseas mission-critical projects, enables Eratronics to deliver optimized, scalable, and standards-compliant solutions tailored to the operational requirements of critical industries. Through innovation, technical precision, and a solution-driven approach, he continues to strengthen the company's engineering capabilities and technical competitiveness.
